</blockquote><p>You refer to the so-called <em>Quasi-Similarity Transformation</em>, which should be used when a total station cannot be leveled? Such a situation is handled rigorously by JAG3D. So I wonder what you are really missing? </p>
<p>The implemented equations of the network adjustment are documented <a href="https://doi.org/10.1007/s12518-022-00477-5">here</a>. The coordinate transformation is explained in detail <a href="https://gispoint.de/artikelarchiv/avn/2014/avn-ausgabe-72014/2557-zur-bestimmung-der-parameter-einer-raeumlichen-affintransformation.html">here</a>.</p>
